Effect of Chlorpyrifos Insecticide On The Ossification of Wader Pari Fish Vertebrae (Rasbora Lateristriata Bleeker, 1854)

Wader pari non-target animal chlorpyrifos. The purpose study determine exposure on behaviour wader's feeding swimming response, as well morphology ossification process vertebrae. conducted for 7 days.  4 groups fish were exposed with concentrations 0, 0.001, 0.005 0.01 ppm. Observation morphological vertebrae carried out using AR-Ab bone staining. wader’s behaviours using descriptive analysis. It found that showed some behavioural abnormalities in response. Fish ppm vertebral haemal kyphosis. Kyphosis refers Λ-shaped curvature Fragkoulis et.al, (2019). represented by Ar-Ab staining are going well.Â
